After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, in which my children's eyes were waaaay bigger than their stomachs and we threw plate loads of food away (and all those starving children in . . . everywhere--yikes!), we headed to Snow Canyon for some fun.

After the petrified dunes, we took the kids to see the pioneer names (names etched in the rock in the late 1800's). Eli was asleep in the car, so I suggested Zach stay and I go, so the kids could climb without giving Zach a heart attack. Not that I can blame him. I had a few myself because Isaac can't seem to walk. He's either running or jumping. And this is a little more sheer than can be seen in the pics. Still, good time had by all.

Why, oh why can this child not actually look at the camera? I'm starting to think it's never going to happen:

The kids decided this was probably a dinosaur footprint:
After Snow Canyon and lunch at Frostop, we took the kids to the St. George indoor pool. Super awesome, but holy shmoly that place smelled chlorine-y . . .to the point of lung pain. Still, we let them have their swimming fill and got changed. A couple of Little Caesar's pizzas and a park trip later, we headed to the hotel for the night. Zach took LKI swimming again while I stayed in the room putting the youngers to bed. Adam fell asleep to Eli's screaming. He finally pooped out about an hour later (during which I read Sherlock Holmes by bathroom light sitting on the *plush* hotel room floor--awesome.) Everyone conked pretty quickly afterward. Hallelujah!
