Contest

Zach won his work weight loss contest a few weeks ago.  I don't have an official before picture, but it was a little something like this:

 And the after pictures (down 35-40 lbs, depending on the day:).  We call him Skinny McSlimfast Pants:

How did he do it, you ask?  Well, he ate less and exercised more.  (And had a little work stress thrown in.)  He recorded his info on MyFitnessPal, and voila!  He won the $280 jackpot from the contest.
