Wicked-ly Awesome

Lucy and I got tickets to see Wicked in September.  We let Lucy earn her ticket by babysitting for us this summer, and let me tell you, it was a win/win situation.  We went up to SLC with Ben, Becca, Hannah and Sarah.  Our traditional pre-show Olive Garden dinner was a must.  And the first thing Becca said to our waiter?  "Don't worry.  We're not sister-wives.  But we are sisters."  (Which no one really believes, because . . . well, have you seen us?  We look nothing alike.)  But thanks for clearing that up, Bec.

We visited the hands on sculpture garden next to the Capitol Theater.  (Where someone who shall remain nameless may or may not have used her super power 11 year old strength to bend back one of the sculpture things far enough to snap it right off.  Oh, yes she did.)

 Lucy:
It was so fun to experience Wicked for the first time again through Lucy's eyes:
 So excited:
 Obligatory self-portrait, sans flash:
Obligatory craziness.  It really can't be helped, people:
Sarah, the girl in the pink shirt, and Lucy:
It was a fantastic evening.  We had great seats, and great fun together.  I see many more Broadway shows in our future!  (And in our past.  I didn't see my first traveling Broadway show until the week before I got married.  Lucy's already been to 3.  Benefit of being the only girl . . . and not growing up in a place 5 hours from the nearest Broadway-style theater.)

You really think you and Becca don't look alike? I always thought you like quite a bit alike- just different hair colors...
