Oh my gosh! What a coincidence! What I say: Clean your room. What they hear: Please shove everything that is on your floor into the closet/a drawer/under your bed/behind the bookshelf/in your shoe holder/in my closet/under my bed...you get the idea (though really it's mostly lil'M).

HAHA! It translates to: "stuff everything under your bed or in the closet" at our house!
It's so true! but remember when we used to do that? It's so much easier to shove your stuff under your bed and secretly i wish i could still do that!
NO WAY!!! Your kids do that too? I'm so relieved that my kids have hearing problems too!!!
