Farewell, Friend

Sweet Nasonex, it is time for us to part, good friend. You have been good to me. You helped me enjoy the outdoors once more during spring and fall. You gave me clear, non-itchy eyes and throat and nose. You gave me respite from sneezing. You let me open my windows again during allergy season and for that I thank you. Unfortunately, you also gave me heart palpitations and terrible headaches and, as steroids are to apt to do, suppressed my immune system enough for me to get shingles. It's not my favorite thing in the whole world. And so I'm giving you up and am once again at the merciless whim of seasonal allergies. Bring it on.
