All has been eerily quiet here since 7:30. The boys woke up too early this morning (in anticipation of Lucy's first day of school??), and fell into bed, exhausted at 7:25. Kye laid down and said, "Mom, I can't sleep," and immediately started snoring. Isaac was asleep before I could check on him. Lucy's reading until 8:30. I'll take advantage of the extraordinary early silence and catch up on my summer blogging. More to come . . .

I hear ya. I love my kids, but the quiet of school is soooooo peaceful.
