Californee-i-ay: Day 1

A little Newport does the body good.

 60 degrees and the kids were out playing in the ocean.  Might have been a little colder than Kye was expecting:

 After a big breakfast Saturday morning, we spent the day at the beach.  The kids insisted on running into the freezing water, and then spent the rest of the time warming up.  They played on the beach, dug holes, ran back and forth, buried themselves in the sand, ran back to the beach house to go in the hot tub, ran back out to the beach.  You get the picture.  It was a little cool (60-ish) and overcast, but it felt so wonderful!  Loved our first day in Newport.  Thanks to D&L for sharing the beach house.
