Today

  • Ward Conference talks = inspiring
  • Learning new primary song = inspiring
  • RS lesson on sacrifice = inspiring
  • Inability of 2 out of 3 sons to find socks for church = annoying
  • Inability of 2 out of 3 sons to find socks when leaving for dinner = annoying
  • Dinner with cousins we haven't seen in awhile = very enjoyable
  • Seeing ice castles illuminated by lights from the inside on the drive home = beautiful
  • Having family scripture study on the drive home, wherein no children can move because they are buckled = delightful
  • 3 out of 4 children falling asleep in the car on the drive home = unbelievable . . . and also peaceful
  • A very quiet Sunday night spent with my hubby = relaxing
  • Looking forward to a day with my chillens at home tomorrow = fun
All in all, a pretty darn good day, if you ask me.

p.s. Isn't it funny that 100 years ago "darn" was a cuss word?
