Trolls are stomping
Dragons breathing
Fire red and orange.

Wizards casting
Spells for fun
Fairies' wands are
Hard at work.

Sorceress mixing
Cauldron bubbling
Frogs' eyes, toads' legs

To ordinary people
Normal trees everywhere
To someone special . . .

Lucy: 11 Years Old

Sadly, no half-giant knocked down our door last night at midnight with a letter and a supplies list for Hogwarts.  Still, I can't deny it's been magical to watch Lucy, who came into this life such a tiny, beautiful little being, grow into the beautiful, capable young woman she has become.  Love me my Lu-Lu.  Happy birthday to the sweetest daughter on earth!
