Despite the fact that some of my friends have 10 year olds and others have 9 children already (okay--just one former roommate:-), I continue to feel astonished that Lucy is already 7 years old. Time flies by, or at least it seems to at times. (Of course other times--like doctor's appointments and sacrament meetings when everyone is whiney--seem to pass in an excruciating, snail-like pace.) Nevertheless, time has indeed flown; our oldest child is 7 and extremely excited that she has only one more year until she is baptized. So here's to you, Lucy. Last week I saw Dorothy for the first time in 7 years. It was great! Anyway, she told me that her sister Geraldine (who we roomed with our sophmore year), is the amazing mother with 9 kids. I'd like to sit down and pick her brain sometime!
I remember Geraldine and I cannot even imagine. How is Dorothy?
